Material technology, radiation-absorbant coatings and so on are also very important to creating an effective LO aircraft. Whether or not the Chinese and/or the russians (or the Koreans and Japanese) have used information gleaned from shot-down 117's... I don't think we'll ever know. It wouldn't be enough to give them a stealth program, I guess, but it certainly might help an existing stealth program - sort of "add the last pieces" type thing. But that's speculation on my part. That's because in India they actually get a head start in learning a career when they are very young. They would focus directly on...let's say engineering at an American high school level. While here in the U.S. we honestly waste a lot of time learning a "broad" subject like bio, english, math, science, art, music...etc. So who do you think the companies would hire....us "mediocre" knowledge college graduates who demand a higher salary or the smarter/experienced foreigner who thinks min wage is a "lot" of money. That's the sad truth to the American education system...it's also the reason why it's very hard for me to find a job right now =( [sIGPIC][/sIGPIC]
