is this a actually only a beta version we are paying for or is it the actual full game with access to all beta versions that get released ?

YOU ARE Buying the official game but getting access to the beta as a bonus to buying early. So yes you can purchase this knowing you have bought the official release but you also get to fly the Beta until the official release of the official release version!

the torrent area has picked up I went from 7 days to 2 hours.
