Well, I've been living a double life and I think it's time I come clean. I don't have any friends and at this point in life I don't want nor need any. What breaks my heart is the thought of how I've been neglecting and treating my daughter after an all night binge. I had done things in the past that I'm not proud of but for some reason I had gotten away with most of it. Sorry for the rant but it's Christmas eve and I don't have anyone to talk to. Shame on me, man. My daughter would often ask me to hold her just before she goes to bed and I'd say I'll be there in a sec...let daddy take off and land one more time...

I've been living a double life and it's time I tell the world I fly dangerous missions when I'm not answering phone calls at work.

Oh dude, that business with neglecting your daughter is just plain wrong. Correct that immediately or she'll remember that for her daddy forever.

I have an 8 yr old girl and she is daddy's little girl, as it should be.

This is not the chat room for confessions, but since it's Christmas eve I offer you this: be a father first, children have an amazing gift to forgive. Be a father first before that door closes forever. If you love your daughter, you will find away to put her first. Let her know that she is loved and help her to understand that the world has infinite possibilities as long as you try. Your daughter does not want a super hero as father, she just wants a father.

I hope the both of you have a Merry Christmas.

Apparently, the punchline, "I fly dangerous missions" went right over the highly polished flight helmets. You guy are too aerodynamic, man. :D

None the less, DCS A-10C is extremely addicting. I cannot wait for DCS: Fighter. Any fighter.

It was a joke, guys. :D

That was a reall bad joke, espacially when it comes for kids...If you really do have kids, start reflecting yourself whether there isn´t any truth in your first post.:gun_rifle:

By the way, children are nothings to joke around with...

As Mower already said, I´ve got 2 kids, 9 and 5 years old girls, and they´re daddy's little girls, as it should be.

Oh boyI take pride in the fact that I'm not one of those fathers that go around announcing my girl is my whole world, but I will break that trend today...

One of these days my daughter will find out, when she is able to comprehend, that raising her alone since she was eight months old up to the time she was four-ish while living below poverty for two years was extremely tough. She'll know as bad as it was, there was always milk, cereal, cheese, etc for her and those weren't and still aren't cheap in this country. She'll know every four months from the time she was born up until around three-ish, I alone hauled her some thousand kilos, each trip, on crowded train to Bangkok because she was born with under active thyroid - I've never missed one appointment. She's fine now and is off her medication but I still take her once a year to get her blood drawn, and this will occur until the doctor say other wise. She'll also know those two tough years I sat there every evening and fed her until she was full then I'd eat her left over. And she'll know all this because when I finally had to pond my camera I started sending her emails. I hung on to it as long as I could but even ten bucks helped back then.

Having said that, I still don't like most kids and I love comedy at the expense of little children as long as it's fiction. Wicked? Probably. Funny? Very. :D
