thanks guys i was just unsure whether the "pro" was more desirable or not!!

i will probably get the combo pack with the clip.

still trying to decide on the vr glasses though!!

anyone have experience with these? ive heard after i did some research that these are the ones to get!

I have VR920.

VR920 is not bad, but resolution is small to fly combat missions on Ka-50 or especially A-10C. Great for MSFS though.

But if you will decide to purchase VR920, I will recommend you to wait a little bit, there's new model Vuzix VR1200 will be released this spring with higher rezolution and better optics.

Anyway you will need TrackIR5 for sure, I've bought bundled version with Clip and it's definitely best tracking system you can get for flight simming.

I'm not sure I'd be satisfied with 640x480 resolution from the VR glasses - no matter how immersive it may be. IMHO, TrackIR 5 with the pro clip is the way to go.

5 + clip = funtimes

worth the money you and more, its kinda nice to track targets through a rolling scissors by head movement.
