MBot Posted June 18, 2005 Posted June 18, 2005 http://www.tornado-data.com/ Have a look at this very nice website centered around the Tornado. A bit difficult to navigate, but with overwhelming amount of detail informations. Per example the cockpit: http://www.tornado-data.com/Pressreleases/panavia_cockpit.htm
ED Team Olgerd Posted June 18, 2005 ED Team Posted June 18, 2005 Thank you! Really great source! [sIGPIC][/sIGPIC] К чему стадам дары свободы? Их должно резать или стричь. Наследство их из рода в роды Ярмо с гремушками да бич.
SUBS17 Posted June 19, 2005 Posted June 19, 2005 Nice website, theres another one around that maybe linked to this one that gives a day by day account of the gulf war and in detail about air losses. [sIGPIC] [/sIGPIC]
ED Team Olgerd Posted June 19, 2005 ED Team Posted June 19, 2005 I am personally interested in avionics descriptions (you know why). This is only one source when I see something really usefull about Tornado. ;) Thank you MBot. [sIGPIC][/sIGPIC] К чему стадам дары свободы? Их должно резать или стричь. skinns Posted June 20, 2005 Posted June 20, 2005 Tornado Dear Olgerd, All this talk of your interest in Tornado avoinics is going to get a lot of us European's rather excited. Perhaps one day? best regards. 90 years of Excellence
MBot Posted June 20, 2005 Author Posted June 20, 2005 I don't want to speak for Olgerd, but I could imagine if you manage to dig out a Tornado flight manual and weapons employment manual, find someone who can record Tornado sound samples and perhaps have a Tornado pilot at hand, there would be a fair chance to see a Tornado sim somewhen in the future. I think the folks at ED would love to do every plane if they have enough resources and references. Just imagine that Tornado sim. Complete with a huge mission editor, in depth flight planing, competent execution of complex attack plans, interaction in between complete strike packages, a Integrated Air Defense System to surprise, trick and overcome and a nice dynamic or semi-dynamic campaigne where your actions realy mean something. A simmers dream come true :)
