Actually, its nearer 1000, the so called fifty were only 50 for a very very short time. Normally their is roughly about 750-800 people onsite so they say, the international media made the "50" thing famous when it isnt exactly the truth, as only for a very short time back at the begining was their just 50 people onsite and that was only for a few hours, then the next day it went to 150 as you say and within hours back upto closer to 1000, where it has remained more or less since. When the place isnt being evacuated due to spike in radiation, their is a whack of people their working on it. If their was just 50 people working onsite and having to contend with all 6 reactors, the place would be in a much much worse condition than it is in atm. A spokesman for Russia's state-controlled nuclear agency, Rosatom, said Monday Russian officials are considering the request. The Russian vessel treats radioactive liquids as part of the decommissioning of nuclear submarines. It was built in a joint venture between Russia and Japan. That first link hassata posted, gives also a picture. I know of a case where an english teacher got murdered in japan (british?
