McDaniel Posted April 11, 2011 Posted April 11, 2011 When we can find the order Tighten formation under the flight communication ? thanks Yep, I would like to have the option also, I can see the combat spacing in hostile enviroment, but for flying there, a tight formation would be nice. Cibit Posted April 11, 2011 Posted April 11, 2011 It was available as a command to flight in the beta's not sure when it was changed. Presumably it will be in the game but hidden for some reason:noexpression: i5 8600k@5.2Ghz, Asus Prime A Z370, 32Gb DDR4 3000, GTX1080 SC, Oculus Rift CV1, Modded TM Warthog Modded X52 Collective, Jetseat, W10 Pro 64 [sIGPIC][/sIGPIC] Adding JTAC Guide //My Vid's//229th AHB
JEFX Posted April 11, 2011 Posted April 11, 2011 If you ask your flight to go formation : finger four, they come pretty close. Best way I found to simulate what you are asking and that, indeed, would be nice to have.;) jefx 1 [sIGPIC][/sIGPIC] In DCS I fly jets with thousands of pounds of thrust... In real life I fly a humble Cessna Hawx XP II with 210 HP :D
Madman777 Posted April 11, 2011 Posted April 11, 2011 The Finger Four formation will tighten the formation from default...if that helps. A lot closer in. i7-12700k, 32GB Ram, RTX 3060 12GB, TrackIR 5, Lots of SSD Space, etc etc DCS World - All the cool modules
delta9856 Posted April 11, 2011 Posted April 11, 2011 I have always wondered if this was possible. Thanks Oli 'Scarecrow' Lusk Windows 7 Ultimate 64-bit Intel Core i7 3930K @ 4.20Ghz ASUS Rampage IV Extreme Motherboard 16GB DDR3 RAM EVGA Geforce GTX 680 4GB
