Is there a voting system to get rid of the pests,even if i join a server?

Yes, if ServMan is installed on the Server you are able to vote-kick the teamkiller:

ServMan takes care mostly about it.

As far I know new ServMan is being tested on few servers, also for A-10C.

Well thats good news for 99% of us that want to enjoy our time in the cockpit.

get screenshots and report them to the server admin. Unless they enjoy wasting their time, or allowing endless second chances- they will publicize his UCID, IP, and his name for all to see. Typically the other server admins will pick that info up, and carry it to their servers- i.e. TK'er will bear a widespread ban.

 

We haven't had much of any problem in months on an S77th hosted server. Why? Because the shit-fingers of the DCS world are learning to not test our patience. Zero tolerance- a single deliberate offense will get you kicked, banned, and all your identifying information disseminated widely.

printscreen button- just don't go nuts with taking shots. In the past- flyers with no skills have used the "printscreen lag" issue to try and spoof missiles.. The server now makes it easy to see who is taking screenshots. Just take the shots you need to demonstrate your point. They are stored in in the "owner\saved games\dcswarthog\screenshots" folder

ED fixed that in FC2, also, if you take a screenshot now...everyone sees it. They didn't have to add that last bit in, I'm just glad they fixed it.

@ S77th-konkussion: I'm with you... but to post the IP of someone is a attack on his right of privacy. So be careful with that and simply post his UCID. ;)

 

@ rextar: Just take one-two screenshots by pressing the [PRINT] button on your keyboard.

Every screenshot will trigger a chat message (only visible for the other players).

If you want to make more screenshots without anoying the other players, please use FRAPS.

Any screenshot even in FC2 will cause some lag, even if in FC2 you don't notice it as much. A person with a fast hard drive may not lag as someone with ancient hardware.

 

As a client you can report to server admin someone being a wanker by taking your own screen shots of the offense, but you won't have access to another client's IP or UCID. Server admins tend to share this info, but yes, they normally do it privately between other admins. Even if the offender really doesn't deserve it. Report an issue to an admin, they can track down the offenders info and ban. Especially easy with Servman.
