britgliderpilot Posted July 30, 2005 Posted July 30, 2005 Just spotted them here: http://forum.lockon.ru/showthread.php?t=7689 It's a list of models (in the Russian forums) that ED want - if there's anyone who can model an F15E in a hurry, we may yet see an AI version in v1.2 :) I'd better stress this again now, before people get too excited: AI! AI, AI, AI, AI!! AI!!! NOT FLYABLE!! AI! Thank you for your patience :p http://img.photobucket.com/albums/v121/britgliderpilot/BS2Britgliderpilot-1.jpg
504 Wolverine Posted July 31, 2005 Posted July 31, 2005 I was wondering how long it would take before someone posted a reply like this. :D I've been fighting the urge myself since Brit posted this. [/url]

MBot Posted August 6, 2005 Posted August 6, 2005 With the new developments of the 1.11 patch ( ECM with area effect ) it is defenetly time for a EA-6B. Anyone knows if the promising looking model by bug2 is still on track ? Btw, we have that list for wanted 3rd party model here on the english forum too since quite some time :)
GGTharos Posted August 6, 2005 Posted August 6, 2005 I'm not so sure that this will work well - I don't think gain degradation is implemented in the LOMAC radars, which is what the stand-off jammers tend to do, thus essentially reducing the acquisition range of SAMs specifically. Although yes, this development is certainly encouraging. [sIGPIC][/sIGPIC] Reminder: SAM = Speed Bump :D I used to play flight sims like you, but then I took a slammer to the knee - Yoda
HungaroJET Posted August 8, 2005 Posted August 8, 2005 What about the AV-8B...will it ever an AI addon for LOMAC ? Atop the midnight tarmac, a metal beast awaits. To be flown below the radar, to bring the enemy his fate. HAVE A BANDIT DAY ! [sIGPIC][/sIGPIC] "When I'm working on a problem, I never think about beauty. I think only how to solve the problem. britgliderpilot Posted August 9, 2005 Author Posted August 9, 2005 Zimster is working on a fantastic F-15E model its looking great from the WIP he has sent me :) Can you ask him, while he's there, to do a subtly different model for the F-15D? The differences really aren't big, and could probably get away with using the same model . . . . but just for the sake of completeness, you know ;) Yes, I'm gambling on getting Internet Instructor back . . . . . . . Trident Posted August 9, 2005 Posted August 9, 2005 Zimster is working on a fantastic F-15E model its looking great from the WIP he has sent me :) I have just one question: where are the WIP pictures? ;) Great news indeed, this is the one aircraft that was really missing in the LOMAC USAF. Now, all we need is someone who re-does the MiG-31 (I think terrificfool started one, but I haven't seen him post any updates since sometime last year :( ).
