This sounds like a real nice new AA mode in terms of performance and compatibility. However it does not appear to be "forceable" yet, even with Inspector. It works the same way ENB series bloom mod did, if your familiar with that. I think this AA is great, but I have done some tests and this AA is about the equivalent of 2xAA. For me, my FPS does not change at all when I go from 0 AA to 2xAA. So I'm not sure how much of a benefit it would really be for DCS:A10. Still no harm in adding it I guess.
