Hi everyone.

I've installed the replacement texturepack 7.0, but All the in game textures are still the same old vanilla ones i.e old building, control tower and airbase fence texures. I installed with modman 7.0. No errors were encountered during installation.

I'm running DCS Black Shark V1.01c.

My specs:

Windows 7 Ultimate

Intel i7920 OC'ed to4.3 GHZ

ATI Radeon 5850 OC'ed to 975,1150

Catalyst 10.6

AA 4x [box], AF 16x, Vsync ON,Triple Buffering,Catalyst A.I Off

Any ideas what I did wrong?

Cheers and thanks

Hi KoalaDoraemon, you might want to check to see if your graphics_bs.cfg file has the entry for the .cdds, it should look something like this:

cdds.jpg

if it's missing, just manually enter it like the highlighted line above.

No unfortunately it doesn't, the texture layouts and file structures are vastly different for DCS A-10 so the plain old .cdds no longer works anymore.

Unpack the cdds, put dds files into TempTextures folder or convert it to bmp = Miracle :smilewink:

Yeah i guess that *might* work, but that also means that none of the lights will align or work properly in the windows of the buildings whwn it gets dark :(

edit: i tried them as you suggested and they don't show.
