Payload : 95% with 100% fuel, no external fueltanks Question : how far can i fly (nm) with the A-10 (approx). Is there an indication in the sim that tells me that the mission can't be flown without the use of external tanks or the help of a tanker in the air ? Thanks !

Where did you find THAT ?

Eddie Posted September 23, 2011 Posted September 23, 2011 An easy way is to use Flaming Squirrel's mission planner. It's not perfect as he never finnished it, and has lost to source code so he can't do any more work on it. But as a tool for working out fuel/cruise altitudes etc it's excellent. And if enough people use it, and ask him really, really, really nicely he might one day re-make the program and start adding all the missing features. Or maybe someone else with the required skills might do it.
