Great video, quick question, when you switched to Mark Points and described slewing to target you said push TMS Long back, would this be the same as TMS Switch down (holding the TMS button downwards). Thanks for any information in advance.

Great vid. I still have trouble with designating a spi before trying to slave a maverick to it. One thing you mentioned about why the offset from your targets: when using the tgp to make mark points, activate the laser then make the mark point. That should put the mark on the target and not on the terrain behind the target. The higher the angle the less it matters but when looking further out at lower altitudes you can get larger errors. Not much of an issue with the maverick as you stated but will be if using jdams.

Great video. I've always had problems working with markpoints and this clarified things for me. All your videos have been very, very helpful. I constantly refer to them.

Great vids, all of them but when you say china hat right long to slave mav, do you infact mean china hat forward long.

Av had a look and cant find china hat right, but do know that forward long will slave

Sorrry for confusion :( . My china hat is mapped to my cougar radio switch, and its on the back with right left toggle, so i say it as i do it.

 

my china hat right = Hotas china hat forward.
