It depends on these factors:

 

-who you are (which state)

-how much you want

-how quick

-how urgent you need them

-how is the economic of the producer/seller

You're gonna have to ask them yourself - somehow I do not think the info you are requesting is available readily within the public domain. Good news is that they are, except for the Vikhr, available for export it seems.

I highly doubt there is such a thing as a wholesale price anyhow. Usually deals will be made as part of larger purchases, and the price will depend on a huge amount of factors. It's not exactly like you call a hotline and order X amount and they send some guys to a warehouse to pack and ship. :P

 

So I'd expect it can vary greatly depending on how your order slots in with existing production. Of course, such factors may or may not be dwarfed to the point of irrelevance by the simple question of whether you are a friendly/allied country or just some random nation somewhere, if you request offsets and so on and so forth.

Someone has to say this, so I will... Yeah, I just saw them at Wal Mart the other day for around 100$ per that six pack launcher thingy. I don't remember where it was, something like the communist section or something. Why do you ask anyway?
