Squadron Listings on the ED Wiki page

There is currently a listing of several Multiplayer Squadrons on the ED Wiki "Virtual Squadrons and Regiments" page.

 

Some of us are trying to improve the wiki as well as its contents, and I just happen to be working on the Squadron listings. If you are affiliated with an online Squadron, please take a quick look at the listing and let me know if I need to change, add, or remove a listing. Of course, since it's a wiki, anyone can make the change, but if you don't care to do it yourself, I can do it while at the same time ensuring that the layout doesn't get messed up.

 

As always, it's a constant work in progress, so any suggestions are welcome and any additional editors for any part of the wiki are welcome to join in, especially if you have content that needs to be added.

Ours is fine mate, although to be fair you could remove the FC2. FC3 / DCS Fighter 'may' be an option for us but currently not on our roadmap.

I also recommend that perhaps for the European listings, that the country is placed after the vfs name? Europe is a big place! In which case, we are a UK Based vfs.

For now in Italy, 53 ° Stormo Virtuale flies only with FC2 ... but we are also preparing with the DCS A10 and KA50 ... unofficially for now, but I think the next module will be released as a Fighter ... we will go in groups to DCS!

Europe is a big place! In which case, we are a UK Based vfs.

 

I agree. I guess the only reason I had for lumping things by continent is more like a general grouping based on time zones. But I am sure, for example, that Italians would like to see a list of Italian squads without having to wade through an entire list for Europe...and I suppose people are smart enough to know what time zone each country is in. :D But hey I'm getting there.

 

Also, I'm curious if there are any squads that would advertise as using *both* BS1 and BS2...or if there are even any squads that are sticking with BS1 and skipping BS2??? The list I had previous to the current page just had the squads grouped by "A-10C" and "BS1/BS2/FC2" so not a whole lot to go on. I plan to scrub squad websites for info as well to help narrow it down.

 

Then there is the whole question of what order to put things in.
