Your best bet is to apply for a squadron. There is a directory here: http://forums.eagle.ru/showthread.php?t=34062

I wouldn't mind a bit of MP with you on a server. Have you got Teamspeak 3 sorted out? Let me know if you want to fly with me. I'm no expert, but have a good hang of this ....What time zone you on?

Unfortunately it is short notice as it starts in about 5 hours, but the Hoggit A-10/BS2 community on Reddit runs a casual teaching/Q&A sort of event called "Tuesday Night Noob!" at 10pm US Eastern time, 0200 GMT.

Everyone of all skill levels are welcome and the aim is to make A-10/BS2 less intimidating for players who might want to enjoy the multiplayer experience and desire a more interactive resource for learning whatever interests them.

We do ask that you join our teamspeak and get the server password there so we can communicate with you while you fly with us. Random people just flying about shooting at each other makes things rather unpleasant.

More details and the Teamspeak information are here on this week's Tuesday Night Noob! post. Stop by if it is convenient. :)

The 1st (specifically the 25th vFS) is one good organization There are many options, you can also checkout the 476th vFighter Group at www.476vfightergroup.com. We're not open for requirement yet but feel free to check us out, make an account on our forums to see if we're what you're looking for.

Your best bet if joining a MP organization is to check out multiple, before "officially" joining see if they'll let you join in an organized flight. That way you get more than just reading what is posted on the website/forums but actually see how they fly and participate in the "action" so to speak. We will offer a "program" like this in the 476th vFG once up and running.

All our training is based on real world training documentation. Some training we are going to offer are Initial Qualification Training (ground handling, formation flying, air refueling, basic weapons delivery), A-10 Weapons School (delivery methods, escape maneuvers, and other tactics all from various real world material). We've also got AFAC training & certification, Element and Flight lead fundamentals, and package leadership (managing multiple airframe types, will come in handy when Fast Mover is released) in development.

Also a good thing to check is location, where the MP servers are located and ping rates. There may be some good orgs out there , but if they're across the pond or the other side of the world, you can expect pings over 200.
