    Any forecast for this important function/mode? The last update for Apache was a loooong time ago, and I remember Wags mentioned this function was coming soon...Two weeks?
  2. I just installed the mod (version 0.7.1), but I´m having problems on dealing with it. After pressing Ctrl + Shift + X, I got the scratchpad window, but when I "walk around" the map (pressing the left mouse button to anchor the map, and moving the mouse around), to put the white dot on a spot (target, waypoint, whatever), the coordinates are linked to the anchor point and not to the white dot. I mean the coordinates ar elinked to the arrow of FD10 map and not to the white dot of scratchpad. What am I doing wrong? PS: I use OvGME to install the mods, and I used this mod sucessfully in the past (before DCS 2.9)
  3. I noticed there are no option to add an A4 in Mission Editor, meaning there will be no possibility to build missions for it. Am I correct?

  6. Hi folks! I´m trying to take-off from SC, but the flight director keeps waiving his hands and do not gimme the signal to take off. I tried to watch any Youtube videos (Sport, Iain Christie, Grim Reapers) but they are old and do not reflect the new version. The Special tab mentioned on some of these videos are outdated and the tweaks suggested there are not valid (or present) anymore. Any tutorial (video or article) showing how to do the trick? PS. I haven´t tried the other available carriers, and if there are some differences, please let me know.
  7. Yes! Landing on carrier with F-18C (case III) during a rain storm. Same visual, same problem. It seems the thick rain funnels on the HUD (kind of a "night vision frame" with droplets of rain instead of the green). You can´t see anything in front of the plane. Landing is a nightmare!
  8. I noticed two bugs: 1 - Viewports in the second monitor are damaged! Blurred, crispy.... 2 - Case III with heavy rain: there is a "tunnel" of raindrops outstanding in front of the hud ! I know these are minor problems in regards the tremendous advance in FPS, but I´d like to know if these things are expected in this phase of the development.
  9. But why when I set it to the keys (up, down, left, right), I can see the controller/hat moving? I think the problem is not related to the animation (it already exists), but how to bind this animation to the axis. Anyway, I just wanted to contribute, but if it´s OK for ED, it´s OK for me.

  12. I bound the cursor controller as axis (X,Y) on TEDAC controls, but although I can move the cursor along the TSD, there is no graphic animation. But, when I set it to the keys (up, down, left, right), I can see the controller movins. Is this a bug?
  13. HI, I noticed two bugs in the mod (or I´m doing something wrong!): 1 - I´m trying to use the radio to communicate with ATC, but I get a response "PTT is out of range". What is this? 2 - I believe the functions "ICS XMIT Select (and Next) Radios" are not working. Don´t matter what key I use to bind them, no results. Of course, moving the dial with the mouse is Ok! Anyone?
  14. Just for curiosity, what are your configurations for the AUDIO in OPTIONS page?
  15. I´d like to know which slider in audio options I should change to hear the release of the bombs. When in dive and press the release bombs button, I can´t hear the bomb detaching from the plane. So I dont´know when to start the recovery climbing, and keep flying towards the target until get afraid of crashing and pull the stick. In fact the LABS tone is so loud that I can´t hear the "clank" of the bomb leaving the plane. So, I´d like to know which sliders to move to get the tone lower and the "clank" of the bomb louder. And the best configuration for these sliders.
  16. I´m a little confused about iron bombing using computer procedures. Most of the videos in You Tube, uses the LABS position to drop bombs, but I noticed there is a position (CMPTR) thata is supposed to do the same. What´s the difference using one or another?
  17. You were right. Changed the key, and everythig is working right. I don´t know what happened (some conflict I couldn´t identify), but with your tip, I solved the problem. Thanks a lot. I thought I woud have to give up on this plane...
  18. I am setting all of the switches and rotary to the proper position. But let´s say I forget to set one or some of them, ejecting the pylon shouldn´t be the answer to this fault, right? The real problem here is that the pylon is being ejected everytime I press the weapons release button. And this is not the procedure to eject the weapons. According to the manual, I HAVE to pull the EMERGENCY Stores Release Handle to have this behavior (after selecting the station).
  19. I´m having serious problems on iron bomb dropping lessons. I´m following the procedures according the manual and from several youtube tutorials, but I shall be doing something wrong. I´am trianing with the Caucasus A-4E-C Bomb Trucking mission (that came along with the mod), and the payload is only of MK 82 bombs (1 bomb , on stations 1 and 5, 3 bombs on stations 2 and 4 , and 6 bombs on station 5). I´m selecting 2 bombs to the AWRS selector, 110ms in the drop interval selector and STEP SINGLE on mode selector (the most basic configuration possible). After arming only station 5 (and all the other selectors - master arm, bomb arm switch, weapon function selector), I press the release button, and the entire rack falls off (similar to an emergency jettison)! I understood the emergency jettison procedure, but I never touched neither the Emergency Release Selector Switch nor the Emergency Stores Release Handle! Am I doing something wrong or this is a bug (in the mission or in the mod)?
  20. First of all, congratulations! We´re having a streak of very well conceived and built mods lately. Your plane is gorgeous! One single question: the plane is constantly moving in idle condition, and I need to keep brakes applied all the time (until is time to move, of course). Is this behavior normal?
  21. Luiz, por algum motivo não estou conseguindo transportar para o segundo monitor as portas dos displays, como conseguia na versão anterior. Quando volto para a versão 0.1.7, os displays voltam a aparecer no segundo monitor. Eu não sou especialista em programação mas vi que voce mexeu nos scripts do cockpit CMFD (creio que sejam os displays, certo?) comparando arquivos da versão 0.1.8 com a versão 0.1.7. Voce poderia ver o que está impedindo de transportar os displays ports para o segundo monitor?
  22. Dear Chuck Thanks for the effort. It´s much appreciated by the entire community. But I´m a little confused about JSOW/JDAM procedure related to the QTY OSB. Is it necessary? I never used it, and several videos (Spudnocker, Grim Reapers, Overkill, Redkite and several other serious DCS enthusiasts) teach the procedure without mention the use of this function. Or it is outdated?

  24. Exactly! Thank you very much! Just another dumb question: do you know where are located the potentiometers that control the lateral movements? I mean, because i can´t get full extension to the left I believe cleaning the potentiometers I´ll solve the problem. Of course, it can be they´re faulty/broken. Then this will be another journey to hell......
