Snoopy Posted April 24, 2012 Posted April 24, 2012 For A-10 you don't need a profile...it's plug and play... Only thing to do is change your trim hat to trim only if you've got trackIR... v303d Fighter Group Discord | Virtual 303d Fighter Group Website
WildBillKelsoe Posted April 24, 2012 Posted April 24, 2012 Just ordered my TM warthog from amazon :megalol: cant wait to use it, anyone got good profiles? Congrats buddy! You made a very intelligent decision by going after the best stick for the hog. Just make sure to get a plastic friendly lubrication for the stick to be extra smooth and perform regular scheduled maintenance. I'm still stuck with the cheapshot T flight hotas x. But saving for a new rig, and then will buy the Warthog stick. Be sure to register your product, and then register your serial in here. Now you can have ease with A2A refuelling, perform precision (HEART) movements with the frame, and be a king of the Hog. Really happy for you!:pilotfly: Extra butter for the stick means less jerky movement. AWAITING ED NEW DAMAGE MODEL IMPLEMENTATION FOR WW2 BIRDS Fat T is above, thin T is below. Long T is faster, Short T is slower. Open triangle is AWACS, closed triangle is your own sensors. Double dash is friendly, Single dash is enemy. Circle is friendly. Strobe is jammer. Strobe to dash is under 35 km. HDD is 7 times range key. Radar to 160 km, IRST to 10 km. Stay low, but never slow.
Yskonyn Posted April 24, 2012 Posted April 24, 2012 i also play blackshark =) Well then I would suggest building your own profile instead. As tedious as it sounds (and is sometimes :megalol: ) you will reap the benefits quickly. [sIGPIC][/sIGPIC] Asus Z390-E, 32GB Crucial Ballistix 2400Mhz, Intel i7 9700K 5.0Ghz, Asus GTX1080 8GB, SoundBlaster AE-5, G15, Streamdeck, DSD Flight, TM Warthog, VirPil BRD, MFG Crosswind CAM5, TrackIR 5, KW-908 Jetseat, Win 10 64-bit ”Pilots do not get paid for what they do daily, but they get paid for what they are capable of doing. Yellonet Posted April 24, 2012 Posted April 24, 2012 Not to hijack your thread, but I did "it" too :D I've had DCS on ice for a while so to speak, but I've recently become interested again, so I ordered a Warthog and the Saitek combat pedals. Never had HOTAS nor pedals before, but I've always wanted to. I just hope it's a worthwhile investment as my wallet will be feeling it for a while  :smilewink: i7-2600k@4GHz, 8GB, R9 280X 3GB, SSD, HOTAS WH, Pro Flight Combat Pedals, TIR5

cichlidfan Posted April 24, 2012 Posted April 24, 2012 I just hope it's a worthwhile investment as my wallet will be feeling it for a while  :smilewink: I have both and it is. The wallet pain will go away and the Warthog will still be fantastic. On the subject of wallet pain, I just showed my brother that TM makes racing gear (he doesn't do flight sims).
