In certain instances it sets the mood and creates ambience......take the above vid, for instance: Brilliant with the music - would be atrocious without it. Much like watching a horror movie without music - sux. Imagine the shower scene in Psycho muted :D That said, what is good for someone is not necessarily good for another.
