Towards the end of last year DCS had a sale on to which I purchased the A-10 and an awesome price of $19.99, however since then I have had to get another PC and lost all my downloads. I have downloaded all the files needed, gone into my account and found that there is no record of this purchase only the BS2 I got. Is this the only site you can get the A-10 ? Enter your Serial Number and press "Next". Internet connection is required.. That is when I find that theres no record of this purchase in my account. droz Posted July 29, 2012 Posted July 29, 2012 Check to make sure your credit card was charged and you have an email with your receipt. Also, iirc, the email with your receipt should have the product registration code in it. Also, log in with Internet Explorer. I do one more thing, I email all keys to myself and put them into a folder. I also go an extra mile of barcoding the serials and printing them, keeping them in a safe place, and if, I lose data, I have them ready with my phone reader. Timm Posted July 29, 2012 Author Posted July 29, 2012 (edited) Check to make sure your credit card was charged and you have an email with your receipt Hi, Went back on my PAYPAL account and found two purchases one on the 11/11 for $19.99 which was for the BS2 and the second one was on the 24/12 for $19.99 for the A-10. Both were down in the name "The Fighter Collection" No record on the email side, not sure if you can look for old e mails. I will go through IE and see what that might show. I checked my download page, and that is were I found my BS2 serial number. I have asked for that to be re-activated as it's telling me I'm out of credit.
