gofrm76 Posted August 6, 2012 Posted August 6, 2012 i assigned the 4 trim-functions (up/down/left/right) to the povhat of my cougar (rest of the config is default) and i can even see the hat in the 3d-pit moving when i use the trim but is has absolutely no effect on the aircraft, no matter how long i push the povhat. i already searched the forum and found some threats about how trimming influences the sticks centerposition and so on what causes me to believe that it has something to do with force feedback. is this the case? do i have to deactivate ffb somehow to make trim work or is there something else wrong with my setup? joey45 Posted August 6, 2012 Posted August 6, 2012 Have you assigned to the right trim? the one in the HOTAS drop down menu Have you disabled FFB? The only way to make sense out of change is to plunge into it, move with it, and join the dance. Opy Posted August 29, 2012 Posted August 29, 2012 Cool, this should be the answer to my issue of Trim not working on the TM Warthog stick. Tried the cockpit one but it is not fine enough. I'm hoping the joystick one is less extreme.
