Guest masterwon Posted September 17, 2012 Posted September 17, 2012 Okay so I lost the serial number inside the boxed version so I sent off a support ticket back in June got one reply saying he was sorry about my predicament and then nothing .....NOTHING! so after 3 months waiting I gave up and decided to purchase the download from DCS e shop, should be easy right? WRONG! I select the product load it in the basket and then says I have to log on so I log on and then...Nothing! after seven attempts I have given up that as well. It shouldn't be this hard should it? anyone have any suggestions ? i just want to buy a second serial number..

Guest masterwon Posted September 17, 2012 Posted September 17, 2012 The username and password are separate from the forum login. yes but when I try to register it takes me to a page that says you are logged in and displays the cart symbol, so go back to the cart and says I must log on LOL, you can see this going around in circles. Will try another browser
