I assigned the axis to my (Genius) pedals. Had to invert it though.

 

In FC3? In A-10C yes but no axis for wheel brakes in FC3.

I also wish they could be assigned in FC3

 

I dont use third party software for my controllers,

 

I don't like using TARGET or the saitek software, I like to map directly with the sim.

 

It would be nice to be able to map the brakes to a axis.

I'm using CH Pro Pedals and made a script to execute a DX button whenever either pedal is pushed down more than 50% and then assigned both of those DX buttons to wheelbrakes in FC3. It's not analog differential wheel brakes, but it's better than having a held down keystroke, especially if my feet hit the pedals when I'm doing something else!
