Guys, no need to give StoOopiD tips for a non-FFB joystick - he don't need them!

 

StoOopiD uses a FFB controller , it's written in his Sig.

 

And FFB seems to be badly broken for Logitch controllers in the current DCS Wold version.

And there is no Fix up to now, Swapping axis won't help - there is only a DCS-Extern workaround for this Bug

Errr... hold on. Are you aware that trimming a fixed wing is completely different from trimming a helicopter? Your question seems to indicate that you're trying to trim fixed wings the same way you try to trim the Black Shark.

 

That's not how trimming helicopters is done. There's no trimming right/left/up/down. Trim is more like "release forces on cyclic stick at its current position". That's also why there's a huge difference between trimming the Shark with force-feedback vs. no force-feedback. If you don't have a force-feedback stick, make extra sure to untick the corresponding checkbox in the options.

 

Next, read, re-read, and then read again PeterP's standard Ka-50 newbie reply. I'm 95% certain that it'll answer all your questions on trimming (well, and most other questions as well). :)

If you are using force feedback, swap axes in the FF tune panel in the control settings.

Trimming the A10's nose up or down moves the stick left and right.... turning on PAC rolls the aircraft left.

 

So not quite backwards....

 

Its not the trim thats the problem per say.. its more the force feedback moving the stick which is adding movement.
