It Asks for a username and password What is it, it says server ftp blah blah blah requires a password help.....................................

Sounds more like the download link has reached its limited for people to download at once. Try one of the other links for the file. They will all download the same.

Install that.

What you are currently trying to download is, unfortunately, an old version. (As you can see on the left of the download page, the active section is "Previous Versions".)

SOmetime when it asks for username and password it's an error given when you're attempting to do too many concurrent downloads at the same time. Download the links one at a time, not all at once.
