Dear god, why make buying FC3 so difficult ?!

This has nothing to do with customer support. The password reset is processed automatically by the server, the most likely cause of you receiving no email is that they are landing in your spam folder or your ISP blocks mails from EDs domain. If your spamfolder is empty, please state what ISP you use.

 

Using Virgin Media. Internet Security is Kaspersky 2013. If its blocking anything, I sure cant find it.

Spam box has 67 emails in it. None from DCS though. :cry:

To clarify what sobek said: notnecessarily the internet connection that is the problem, most likely email service. Some of these block ED mail, in this case your computer and antivirus cannot block it because your computer never sees it.

 

ED is pursuing this to try to solve the issue.

Please keep in mind this paypal issue generated many more invalid transactions than you can see on the forum here. All of these need to be verified and refunded manually by ED staff. It's just taking taking a little time to get through the list. Again, we can assure you that any money paid for something not provided will be refunded.

Today, I've received my refund, I'm sure they are working hard to refund to everybody.

 

Btw, the login problems (also discussed here) seem to be caused by putting something in your cart before you log in. Deleting cookies solves the problem.

I think it would be good if somebody takes a look at it.

Has anybody tried to purchase LOMAC from Ubi soft? I want to purchase FC3 and of course have to jump through the UBI soft hurdle. For some strange reason I cannot purchase it for digital D/L off their site. After I have filled in all the order blanks, credit card info and such it tells me I have invalid info but NOTHING is high-lited to explain What is invalid. Everything is filled in properly I started on Opera then tried on Chrome and got the same message. If any body did the LOMAC digital download hurdle from UBI soft can I please get some advice?

By that non helpful terse answer you are assuming I live where? I LIVE IN TH UNITED STATES. Maybe you could of asked me first where I lived as far as country goes before delivering your terse remark as if I am some kinda idiot who is not VERY aware the Download is only available in the US.

Okaaaaaaaaaaaaay, little OTT. Most of the world lives outside the US and it's perfectly possible that you weren't aware of the fact. (It not being a very obvious move for Ubi to make.
