New missile mod for FC 2.0

Maverik,in your opinion,if we fly at 10 000 meters altitude,face to face,1 000 km/h,and whole the time we dont change course,speed and altitude.What is the maximum range of AIM 120C in this conditions?

40nm+ range to shoot. Could A-pole it if you try hard for about 25-30nm.

He said miles. Not Nautical miles (x~0.87) But in fairness, you could probably hit further... shoot before launch que should still get it there.

No I will not come and play your little mod in FC2... I'm now flying in FC3 with lots of other people in a server that is full pretty much everyday of the week, why would I want to take a step backwards , leave flying in a full server to come and fly with in with a small number of people in an older version of the game that is not as good?

Then we can go on with living in peace and not have to read these rants every couple of months because after numbing it down you can finally defeat the mighty AMRAAM!

There is no real life comparisons to be had here... this is YOUR preference regarding the way you want to play the game.

You are flying FC 3 now?Not much diferences,yust some "cosmetic" changes.Didnt worth spending more money at same thing.Only good thing is sound.Good job on that.Who ever did it,congartulation to him.Nice to hear whistling wind around the cocpit,especialy at SU 25T.

If there is possibility to take sounds from FC 3 and DCS World,and put it in FC 2,there is no need for FC 3 than.Maby that wakes fears at your side.If FC 2 become better,people wont be interested for FC 3,just what in IL-2 comunity has happend?Jour friend Jona 33 said you are broke...

Data are ok. My mod is in line with what you stated. Only the R-27ER is little stronger range the only 5km. Novelty is AIM-120 achieves a maximum range of 101 seconds, and R-27ER of 90sekund. That is a big change. The reason is simple.

Not only by amount but quality too.

Money do difference - you can't skip financial hole and glue to the country which spend on army (tech included) much more than you do.

Amount is one of the results of financial and agony disaster of Russian army after USSR collapsing.

20 years after Russia barely starts to improve forces giving more and more precious rubles for army. Slowly they're being improved.

Data are ok. My mod is in line with what you stated. Only the R-27ER is little stronger range the only 5km. Novelty is AIM-120 achieves a maximum range of 101 seconds, and R-27ER of 90sekund. That is a big change. The reason is simple.

I liked to fly Su 25T a lot,but not enymore.When I see instruments on english at russian plane,i dont like it.I am shure ED testers are going to clame that english instruments at russain planes are 100% realistic,but i am not bying it.Nobody does.I would realy like to know whos idea is to put instruments on english at russian plane?

irrelevant. mod is for FC2 where it does not play a role. This is the main advantage of FC3.

My answer is yes. For those that I have announced that I am. The only thing that did not come is how much to the ER loses kg rocket fuel combustion. I took on the basis of a simple calculation, that is good. I took the EM ratio based on the Internet, since neither you nor I have no information about her. No wonder they' been kicked out of FC3.

As for the EM, it is not a missile that is employed RL AFAIK, the project was started but they never built production missiles ... again, AFAIK. However it uses the 27E rocket body, and should have the same kinematic parameters.

I am pleased that the situation has calmed down a bit and that is common sense began to work.This topic should not be subject for fight and insults, but some people just do not allow anyone to discuss about ammram like the missile itself is the holy grail for them.

We dont talking just about ammram but about all missiles wich we can use i multiplay.

Even some russian missiles are degarded but no one is crying because of it.

Yes this is all about old FC2 but maybe can be used and considered as a case of thinking for FC3.

Someone said that Me and Sova just makeing fight and that is all we doing here.

As i know Sova's first post was one normal non provocing post, but other guys started to spam, yell and tease us.

I hope that everyone are blew and all empty now so we can have one short reasonable and sane conversation.

No spams or stupid coments. Ragnarok and GG started with talking and all of this should finish with simple exchange of information and normal talking.

And thanks so much on this mode Mustang, it was only supposed to do ED team of developers. I hope that in the future, there will not be such a failure.

As for missiles mode, I think we constantly need to looking for data and point out inconsistencies ED developers, if any. Independent modes themselves do not have much chance of success, and we would like have about the same and well modeled missiles.

Explanation in English on "lock on file" site is more scarce and marketing, in response to the ridiculous modeling of neutrino mode but with a very good makeup and reklam that people are freaking out, and download a like stupid. I"m not bet that my mod is realistic, but I think that only mathematical calculations in conjunction with military institutes can know these things are true and apply to the upgraded FC4, 5.6, or who knows what.
