Yes it can work there are some limitation head over to the Home cockpit section and check it out lots to read http://forums.eagle.ru/forumdisplay.php?f=101

In my thread you can find a list of most of the switches in the cockpit for cross refrence I sell cast replica knobs for most of the panelsIf I can get the funds i will get some equipment ( laser engraver and cnc router )to make 1 to 1 replica of most of the panels in the A-10C cockpit

CNCs and Laser engravers are great but they can't do squat with out a precise set of plans.

sorry, was just kidding.

Deadman is right. Just look around here in this forum. There you'll find many tips and tricks to start from.

My best tool I use for the project is a small cnc laser for cutting and engraving.

Then you'll have to decide for a interface system, or, if you want, develope your own. I went this way and used the Arduino things to make my own Interface.

If you need any help, just ask. Be sure to spend as much time as possible reading the building threads of the guys here in the forum. So you can avoid getting in trouble by making wrong decissions at the beginning.
