Sepdawg Posted March 16, 2013 Posted March 16, 2013 (edited) Ok, so what do I do when the whole Eagle Dynamics->DCS World->Update DCS World is not listed in my Windows Start menu and I need to run the update after killing it so as to remove my mods first. :( Any way to run in from a command prompt with the required switches? I rather not wait till tomorrow to do the update. Edited March 16, 2013 by Sepdawg

EtherealN Posted March 16, 2013 Posted March 16, 2013 How did you manage to lose your Start menu folder? Did you place them somewhere else during install? On my machine they are in Start > All Programs > Games > DCS World anyway: Command prompt, navigate to ..\DCS World\bin\ then do DCS_updater.exe update See below: [sIGPIC][/sIGPIC] Daniel "EtherealN" Agorander | Даниэль "эфирныйн" Агорандер Intel i7 2600K @ 4.4GHz, ASUS Sabertooth P67, 8GB Corsair Vengeance @ 1600MHz, ASUS GTX 560Ti DirectCU II 1GB, Samsung 830series 512GB SSD, Corsair AX850w, two BENQ screens and TM HOTAS Warthog DCS: A-10C Warthog FAQ | DCS: P-51D FAQ | Remember to read the Forum Rules | | | Life of a Game Tester
