ED Team BIGNEWY Posted April 1, 2013 ED Team Posted April 1, 2013 I was thinking of using a wired xbox360 controller for CA, but then I noticed the only axis control is for the turret and views. I was just wondering why axis control was not implemented for controlling the vehicles movement ? Thanks for looking 1 Forum rules - DCS Crashing? Fearless Posted April 1, 2013 Posted April 1, 2013 Great find. What about for members who don't own a hotas and pedals , is there a config setting available? Fearless DCS: BS 2, DCS: A10C, DCS: CA, DCS-P51-D, DCS: UH-1H
shagrat Posted April 1, 2013 Posted April 1, 2013 Great find. What about for members who don't own a hotas and pedals , is there a config setting available? Just find the appropriate config file (<your_joystick>.lua) and add the line for the control. Afterwards it shows in the controller options in DCS world. Do a backup before changing LUA files! Always! :D Shagrat - Flying Sims since 1984 - Win 10 | i5 10600K@4.1GHz | 64GB | GeForce RTX 3090 - Asus VG34VQL1B | TrackIR5 | Simshaker & Jetseat | VPForce Rhino Base & VIRPIL T50 CM2 Stick on 200mm curved extension | VIRPIL T50 CM2 Throttle | VPC Rotor TCS Plus/Apache64 Grip | MFG Crosswind Rudder Pedals | WW Top Gun MIP | a hand made AHCP | 2x Elgato StreamDeck (Buttons galore)
