SkateZilla Posted July 11, 2013 Posted July 11, 2013 Pretty sure you need to have Proof of Concept (Ingame External Model, InGame Cockpit) and Resume's for yourself and your team ready to submit to the person(s) in charge of 3rd Party Developers; (and Im kinda certain it's not Wags). Though he'll be able to tell you who to contact, and then that person can will get you started.
