IonicRipper Posted August 4, 2013 Posted August 4, 2013 I bought the standalone module of the Su-25. I'm not sure if this is the right forum to post this but here it goes... I noticed today when reaching speeds of around 900 - 1000 KPH, the nose starts to pitch down a lot. It takes a considerable amount of trim just to keep it level. Is this normal for the Su-25 or just a bug? i5 4590 @ 3.77GHz | GTX 1060 6GB | 16GB 1600MHz DDR3 | 1TB HDD+500GB HDD | Win10 Home X64 [sIGPIC][/sIGPIC]
joey45 Posted August 4, 2013 Posted August 4, 2013 I believe it's normal. The only way to make sense out of change is to plunge into it, move with it, and join the dance. IonicRipper Posted August 4, 2013 Author Posted August 4, 2013 It seems like a strange reaction... If anything, the nose should point up, no? i5 4590 @ 3.77GHz | GTX 1060 6GB | 16GB 1600MHz DDR3 | 1TB HDD+500GB HDD | Win10 Home X64 [sIGPIC][/sIGPIC]
joey45 Posted August 4, 2013 Posted August 4, 2013 It's a sub sonic plane. The only way to make sense out of change is to plunge into it, move with it, and join the dance. cichlidfan Posted August 4, 2013 Posted August 4, 2013 I noticed today when reaching speeds of around 900 - 1000 KPH, the nose starts to pitch down a lot. Nope, what is happening i think is that at high speed. the center of pressure shifts passed the center of gravity. Causing the pitch up. ??
