krz9000 Posted September 10, 2013 Posted September 10, 2013 i have bought blackshark2 and a10 some time ago and just found out that dcs world is now available on steam...since i love the always upto date feature of steam i uninstalled my dcs world with all modules and installed the steam version..... how can i now install the a10 and the blackshark2 with my old keys on steam?
SkateZilla Posted September 11, 2013 Posted September 11, 2013 if you Bought A-10C 1.1.1.1 from Steam it will re-issue you a new License Key and Add it automatically with DCSW. If not, Open Steam, Games Drop Menu, Activate on Steam Click Next, Click I Agree, Paste Your A-10C Serial Number, Click Next, Follow the Instructions. Repeat for KA-50 2 (provided it's not the UPGRADE Version of BS2) Windows 10 Pro, Ryzen 2700X @ 4.6Ghz, 32GB DDR4-3200 GSkill (F4-3200C16D-16GTZR x2), ASRock X470 Taichi Ultimate, XFX RX6800XT Merc 310 (RX-68XTALFD9) 3x ASUS VS248HP + Oculus HMD, Thrustmaster Warthog HOTAS + MFDs

LexiconG2 Posted September 11, 2013 Posted September 11, 2013 Is there FC3 and CA on there as well? I have all the mods so I would like to convert but might have an issue with not having FC3. Ramjet Posted September 11, 2013 Posted September 11, 2013 combined arms is. So far, everything that is currently out (except for the new mi-8 from belsimtek. But, their Huey is now on steam, so I expect this one to come with time) is available on steam with the exception of the following: FC3 (but, they have released two, and appear to be working on more, standalone aircraft from fc3 @ $15 each that can be bought without fc3, and are on steam). FC3 will never come to steam as I understand it (except in Russia). The way to get those aircraft will be as they are released as individual modules for World. BS2 upgrade version (the standalone bs2 will work on steam, but if it is the upgrade from bs1, it will not)
Harpoon Posted September 11, 2013 Posted September 11, 2013 (edited) Sorry for lieing about the next purchase on my sig, but I just bought DCS Huey on steam and I'm wondering if I have to convert DCS World to Steam or not. :helpsmilie: EDIT: Figured it out on the FAQ. Interpersonal drama and ad hominem rebuttal are things that do not belong on a thread viewed by the public. One thing i have to point out... naming a thread.. "OK, so" is as useful as tits on a bull.
