[CLOSED]DCS World with new patch it crashes

As soon as I am in game I can fly just fine but once I use my keyboard for anything the game stops and brings me back to main screen happends if I us Uh-1, KA-50, or anything at all any Ideas this wasn't happening before.

Sorry also if I try using my joystick buttons or try switches it crashes to the main screen as well.

Is this via Steam?

what comes up on the screen is DCS has stopped working.

A problem caused the program to stop working correctly.

windows will close the program and notify you if a solution is available.

My system does the same thing since updating to 1.2.6. Crashes and message that DCS has stopped working.

Yeah I get about the same damn thing it was just scaring the hell out of me right now I am playing KA-50 Blackshack 2, for last hours and nothing has happend but I will not touch the keyboard LMAO!

You guys done the saved games / dcs folder rename yet? There is another thread that tells you the specific files to delete but generally you can rename dcs saved games folder and the game will recreate it. It is not touched during updates or repairs or reinstalls- so worth a try. I'll go get a link to the thread with the specific files.

PROBLEM SOLVED! The windows error report created after the DCS crash mentioned something about 'headtracker.dll", so I removed headtracker.dll from the bin folder and no more crashes. I'm not sure my freetrack still works, but at least DCS does.
