Ivan1606688369 Posted October 16, 2013 Posted October 16, 2013 (edited) Hallo DCS World Just bought A-10C and could use some help with keyboard commands. 1) I wont turn head in cocpit with LALT + mouse XY 2) Zoom on mouse wheel (not working like in SU-25T) Also i would like to know is it posible to pitch and roll with mouse? Would use it in combo with WSAD. I was flying like that for years in Arma 2 never touched joystick. I am well aware this is not Arma but untill i buy good joystick and get use to it i must use keyboard and mouse. And finally there are only tree commands that can use mouse buttons. Why? Do i need to modify input/mouse lua scripts to use mouse buttons on some commands? Thanks Edited October 16, 2013 by =Ivan=
lxsapper Posted October 16, 2013 Posted October 16, 2013 Because the A-10C has a clicable cockpit you need the mouse and it's clicks to control cockpit functions. However you can alternate between that behavior and mouso look, I think the default is LALT+C to toggle it.

I'm not sure if its possible to pitch and roll with mouse, but I think it is better for you to rethink mapping controls like that. In A10C you need to contol so many things, that if you skip using clickable control cockpit with mouse, you will have to learn dozens of weird keyboard combinations. It is much easier to learn where "that" button/switch is in the virtual cockpit than to learn it's keyboard combo. I remember when sex was safe and flying was dangerous.
ApoNOOB Posted October 24, 2013 Posted October 24, 2013 I believe lots of stuff is not even mapped to keybindings at all. So even if you could remember absolut every keybinding you still would have to click sometimes.
