i found a peculiar issue where when ever i click on an segment of the lh side of the a10c cockpit from the left mfcd and continuing to move left (anywhere left of said mfcd) the game alt tabs out and then crashes whenever i try to get back into game. I am running trackir5, win7 64bit, saitek x52 pro. amd fx-6100 cpu with an amd 6800 series card.

This sounds like "Windows Mode" where the Sim. is set to play in a window and not full screen. In this mode the OS leaves the mouse in Windows control. So moving out of the window brings up the desktop.
