ENO Posted November 18, 2013 Posted November 18, 2013 (edited) Just a horrible client side night... crashes... weird anomalies. Brutal... Was basically just taxiing out for the 3rd time or so following a multitude of crashes (verified server resources were normal for the number of people who were in)... Anyway, logs to follow. AtaliaA1 Posted November 20, 2013 Posted November 20, 2013 Wasn't Weather.dll related to having Dynamic Weather clicked in the settings GUI? This was a Boutique Builder iBuypower rig. ENO Posted November 20, 2013 Author Posted November 20, 2013 Not sure... no Dynamic weather in that mission since it was discovered that it was badly broken. Does that mean that there may be remnants of it left over in the new saved file- possibly... "ENO" Type in anger and you will make the greatest post you will ever regret. ED Team NineLine Posted November 21, 2013 ED Team Posted November 21, 2013 Not sure... no Dynamic weather in that mission since it was discovered that it was badly broken. Does that mean that there may be remnants of it left over in the new saved file- possibly... Just out of interest, did you have any sort of special weather effect going on at the time? ENO Posted November 21, 2013 Author Posted November 21, 2013 No- I'd taken them out and saved a new version. All it was was the standard weather with some overcast (5-6 I think) and maybe some fog? A light breeze... "ENO" Type in anger and you will make the greatest post you will ever regret. "Sweetest's" Military Aviation Art

ENO Posted November 21, 2013 Author Posted November 21, 2013 Hmmm, what do you mean? Just to be clear, the weather is slaved to the server settings- which were as described for everyone.. Wrecking Crew Posted November 21, 2013 Posted November 21, 2013 Guys, I had a mission with Dynamic Weather wrap up last night with a legitimate win after 92 hours on-line -- it was the Gori Gap mission on Hollo Pointe. There were not a lot of players in the server over the past few days, but it did stay up all the way to completion. WC Visit the Hollo Pointe DCS World server -- an open server with a variety of COOP & H2H missions including Combined Arms. All released missions are available for free download, modification and public hosting, from my Wrecking Crew Projects site.
ED Team NineLine Posted November 21, 2013 ED Team Posted November 21, 2013 Hey, I dont know that the fault module name always means that that was the cause and more so means it just happened to be doing something with that dll when it puked...
