Would it be possible to replace the UH-1H cargo model with a Bambi Bucket?

Once the cargo sling load is released and functional would it be possible to create and introduce a Bambi Bucket model? I'm not an expert when it comes to 3D model integration but as long as it's correctly exported as an edm it should be possible?

Is that model a seperate model or is that in the actual UH-1.EDM model?

Since in 1.2.8 the sling load will be introduced can anyone respond to let me know if this is possible? I have the 2013 version of 3ds max so I can't test the exporting and implication of it anyway. Also could someone create a bambi bucket model as well if they have free time? My modelling skills aren't up to scratch and I'm really only familiar with C4D.

Hi,

 

I have worked a little bit on the Bambi_Bucket.

 

I have not found a way to extend the ropes. The cargo-point is set in the uh1-model-file and I can not change it.

 

If you want to try the Bambi-Bucket, you can download it (use JSGME). Keep in mind it is not finished.

Glad you found it, but I've updated the skin but I'm too lazy to upload it to the User Files on the DCS site. All my SA Huey's now have white rotor hubs like the real ones. Check attachment ;)
