SkateZilla Posted January 31, 2014 Author Posted January 31, 2014 Thanks for all the help guys, Got my Display adapter yesterday and hooked up the 4th screen, (also have a 5th USB Screen for TeamSpeak) Shifted all the Exported displays from 2nd Screen to 4th screen, adjusted the main viewport, Boom, 24-30 FPS on Mostly High Settings, I will prolly Drop some settings and look into re-building my GPU Overclock profile, As the last driver update a month or so caused problems with my GPU Profiles, so I need to re-build them from scratch, most likely I need to up the mV some more on a few profiles. But I'm waiting to update from Press Preview 14.1 Drivers to Beta 14.1 Drivers. But the difference between 900 and 1125 MHz w/ Memory from 1250 to 1500MHz is about 10 - 15FPS in DCS. Boltz Posted January 31, 2014 Posted January 31, 2014 (edited) Looks great and it's good to know that you are not losing too much performance. I hope you have fun with that setup! Mr_Burns Posted February 9, 2014 Posted February 9, 2014 Have upi tried Easy Monitor Configurator? Im currently suffering, I have 2 portrate monitors and the centre is landscape, its bloody impossible to get the aspect right~!
Boltz Posted February 9, 2014 Posted February 9, 2014 I tried Easy Monitor Configurator but in the end I found it much easier to just edit the lua file. It can't set RWR, CMSC, CDU etc viewports either A-10C Cockpit Build Thread My YouTube Channel
Mr_Burns Posted February 9, 2014 Posted February 9, 2014 I have been messing around today, I have 3 monitors (Portrate/landscape/portrate). 2 are run from my HD6790 and one from my MOBO all set through windows. If i put softth in the directory and try and run it as 3 screens in runs like powerpoint. If I set it as one big disply without softth it runs great (except I cant change each screens aspect ratio so my landscape is a little tall... I thought softth was the answer, am I doing something wrong?
Boltz Posted February 9, 2014 Posted February 9, 2014 I doubt your MOBO graphics would be able to run DCS World at all. They have a tiny amount of graphics power and are not designed for any sort of gaming so i suspect that is your problem. A-10C Cockpit Build Thread My YouTube Channel
