  1. Which module has the more complete and better modeling, Dora or Anton? Currently I fly the spitfire, mustang, and 109. I can fly all these well and wanted to pick up a second German plane to give me more options when flying on my discord groups multiplayer server.
  2. In the past when an AI was damaged to a certain extent/bingo fuel etc. it would try to land and once landed would become invulnerable (for warbirds). That was a problem when using the AI as a trigger to spawn a new unit. If you couldn’t shoot it down in time it would just be stuck on the ground. Now it seems rtb planes can be destroyed on the ground allowing triggers to work.

  4. Holy crap. That worked. I stopped my tacview from recording the track file and my frames shot up 20-30 FPS. Thanks so much.

  6. This map is absolutely beautiful at 20k feet. However, you can literally go from 100fps at altitude to 15 fps close to the ground. I really wish they would optimize it. I am happy about the new damage models for the warbirds. They are absolutely amazing. I wish they would just keep working on existing content before pushing new maps and birds.
  7. I appreciate all the feedback and I have tried all suggested solutions to no avail. I haven’t changed anything or updated anything. In fact, I updated everything after the problem started to see if something not being updated would help but it hasn’t. It was literally fine one day and then crap the next.
  8. Here is a video of my landing. It is one of my better landings. It is not an cockpit view. It is from the undercarriage but the bracket was perfectly aligned. You can just skip to the end if you don't want to watch the entire video. The shot where the gear is coming down is pretty cool.   9. Is anyone else having this problem? Slave mode is working fine but bore mode only allows you to look left, right and down. When you look up with the HMCS the diamond won't track.
  10. So I tried all suggestions and was able to 5 frames or so back. The weird thing is I set my graphics on high usually, like stated above, I switched them to medium and only got about an additional 8 frame bump from High to Medium. Something weird is going on. The biggest help was deleting the fxo and metshaders2 folders. I now am running at 50 frames. Still not near what i was running. Again my setup is as follows: I run a rtx 2070, intel i7 8th gen, 32 gb ram, SSD here are my settings:
  11. I have been playing DCS for about 6 months. I run a rtx 2070, intel i7 8th gen, 32 gb ram, SSD. I always got good fps. All of a sudden I am barely pulling 40-45 frames. Same servers that I am always on. No addition in content to servers. No change in my graphics settings. I literally have lost 50-60 frames. It only happens in a few servers. The rest are fine. What is going on?
  12. I am currently messing around with mist and Moose seems a bit over my head. When I fly ww2 planes sometimes planes will rtb after low fuel or they are really damaged. Once on the ground they can't destroyed. You will get battle ddamage assement reading saying iut is destroyed but it doesn't disappear which prevents me from being able to respawn more units. Any fix to this?
  13. I fiugred out the radar and the flight path. Now I am struggling to find a script that I can run to clean up airplanes that land or get shot up and rtb. Once they are on the ground you can't destroy them no matter how many times you shoot them. You will get the battle damage assessment saying unit was killed but it remains there and it prevents me from spawning the unit again with my radio. Is there a way to destroy or make disappear enemy AI on the runway?
  14. I wanted to add I have a Hawk system in there for radar but it wont pick up any aircraft. Not sure what is going on
  15. So I put the respawn in zone script and it works good but the enemy units don't fly a particular route. He just spawns in and zooms off to nowhere. I kill and spawn in another and he spawns in a different location like he is supposed to but he goes off in another direction. Is there a script that will make them fly in a certain zone/area/orbit?
  16. Thanks Grimes that should get me pointed in the right direction. Another question I have is about using the EWRS for warbirds. I have seen it used on through the inferno and storm of war servers. I did some googling and found the code that was used for it and I copied it in and put to load after mist but it doesn't see enemy. I can use the radio command and f10 and request enemy report but it doesn't see anything. I am not sure how to make it work. if you have any insight on that it would be helpful. thanks again for replying.
  17. I have EWRS loaded up and working. I have the option to use it from the radio commands but it doesn't pick up any enemy or friendlies, ground or air. How can i fix this? I am using the file made for WW2 that was pasted a few pages back.

  19. Hello everyone. I could use a little assistance. I’m new to all this. I use to build in the ME but am trying my hand at using mist. I am creating a mission where I am using the radio to infinitely spawn in enemy units. I have figured out how to respawn the units using the radio when the unit is dead. What I am trying to figure out is how to spawn the units randomly on the map. Is there a way to do this?
  20. ANyone. Basically what I am trying to do is create and infinte amount of spawns using the radio command. i know there is a way to do it but can't figure it out
  21. I am setting up a mission where you use radio to spawn in enemy units. The first time I use the radio the enemy spawns like it should. I am trying to get it so that whenever you use the command on the radio the units will spawn. I was using this script if not Group.getByName('') then mist.respawnGroup('', true) end but that spawns the unit in right after it is killed and not after I use the radio command. What is the script to get the unit to spawn when using the radio command only? Also, is there a way to make the spawn locations random on the map? Thanks
  22. I can’t complete the handoff at all in auto. I follow directions from wags videos, grim reapers, etc and always get hung up on T. I use the same weapons and everything. No dice

  24. On ground do you leave raiding or open and then just switch to auto when in air?
