  1. I have the same issue. While testing, I came to conclusion that my stick input is converted to nose action with a little delay, thus my initial tendency to PIO. Don't know if this delay is correct as is, or a bug, but I have to relearn all the close formation flying and tanker operations.
  2. Hey! As TF-51 is a free module and P-51 shares all the settings with it, it is not listed to be enabled. It’s in the script by default. Happy flying Max.
  3. Yeah, I feel you. I would be lost like a child in the mist without these profiles. I only changed my base to Virpil because I knew I could still use my beloved script.
  4. Hello Jalava. I had similar problem with alternated defines.tmh file. I have my joystick base changed to Virpil WarBRD, and to have it fully functional with TM TARGET software I had originally modified "c:\Program Files (x86)\Thrustmaster\TARGET\scripts\defines.tmh". Somehow the installer of new TARGET software didn't replace this file with a new version (maybe it has seen that it was altered). When I deleted all of the previous version of TARGET and reinstalled the new one, the aforementioned file was the right one (which I could alter, just like the old one). Now everything is working properly at my side. The new version of defines.tmh file is bigger then the previous one, but could be altered the same way by finding the same lines as in the older one.
  5. Yes. I did.Couple of times. I also tried to "touch" the settings in CTS but it didn't do anything for this problem. For now I rolled back to 3.0.18 and I commented out the lines you mentioned. It works. There's also another problem that occured with, I think, version 2.70. When I put P-51 profile on, I have it playing coolant.wav. It also plays it whenever I release MSD button (radio transmit button). Thanks for all your help. Edit: Found the changes introduced in 2.69 for the coolant switch in P-51. Disregard my problem there.
  6. Hello @Home Fries I've updated CTS to 2.71 and TARGET to 3.0.21.910. Now when I try to start the script I get this error: Compile Error: Symbol not found: QT_BTN1 in target.tmh at line 869 What am I doing wrong? Thanks!
  7. Where can I get a high res version of the MiG-29 screenshot? Looks stunning!
  8. Hi chfeng! Please check User Reference html located in: CTS/Docs/HTML/DCS_User_Reference.html It's TARGET-Based Central Position Trimmer Mode. I'll attach a screenshot of this fragment of User Reference.
  9. I guess it should be loaded to Thrustmaster Combined device.
  10. My guess would be that there is some CTS problem with finding "the right stuff" in the right place. Is there any kind of config file for CTS where it stores it's library location? Maybe it looks for a TARGET related files and cannot find them? The other thing would be to check read / write permissions on the suspected locations. That's my point of view. Home Fries will know better.
  11. There you go. Edit: I don't have any MFDs and I use VR. There are some modules in it so maybe it will be helpful to you. DCS_World.tmc
  12. Hi Zomalk. Probably I cannot help you with #1 but I'll toss my 2 cents in the other two. Regarding #2, you should see a Combined Controller in DCS and also in the Windows system, but only after the script is running properly. If it crashes you will not see it. To answer #3, I personally never edited Home Fries script by hand, so I guess you too shouldn't. Maybe there is some error in configuration you made (some invalid value)? Maybe try to go for a clean CTS install and try with only 1 module selected as owned and with just minimal required changes to configuration. Glad you gave it a shot because this tool is just amazing for me for mainly two reasons. First one is that you wouldn't be able to utilize Warthogs potential without TARGET, and the second is that Home Fries did an amazing job with putting so much work into this profiles so we don't have to. They have nearly all the needed things in aur HOTAS setup so our job is to just fly and enjoy the planes.
  13. Had the same issue. Tried today and all went smoothly.
  14. Hey Rafal. I also had this problem when I used Warthog base. I had this routine that when I started the script, I always went to controllers and checked if the joystick was still responding. If not then I unplugged joystick from the USB for a brief moment. The script stopped but I did close the TARGET program only after plugging the joystick back to USB. Then I ran the script again and it usually worked ok. Please also check what Home Fries said about the MS Store.
  15. v264a is the newer (current) version. Older ones are not deleted on update.
  16. In my opinion it's a Warthog's or TARGET related issue. Had the same problem with it's stick (throttles was always fine). If joystick stays as a separate device is not a problem, just make sure that in DCS you have nothing assigned to it. Real problem was when after running the script, a working joystick stopped working at all. I had to just unplug it from USB for a moment and run the script again. I had this routine in which I always checked if the stick is still working after running the script. After changing the base to Virpil WarBRD (it can act as a TM Warthog) all is working as expected, no issues at all.
  17. Hi Norm, I think you missed this setting in CTS. Have a great day! Kind regards Kisi
  18. Hello, As the title says. They are making it risky to land on RTB. Great campaign! Keep up the good work. Thanks. Edit: I'm playing the increased difficulty version.
  19. Hi, I use VoiceAttack and I do it that way: VA listenes all the time and SRS have it's PTT. When I want to speak only to VA than I simply do not push anything. The only downside is that, for example, when I need a bogey dope, than I had to make trigger in VA like: "request bogey dope AI" so it will not trigger during conversation with human GCI.
  20. Hey Everyone, I was looking for a correct / official reference points to properly get to a parade formation in a Farmer. Unfortunately without much luck. Can someone point me to a right direction? Thanks!
  21. Hey @Home Fries Have I done something wrong while updating to latest hotfix? I cannot see a P-51D Mustang on a list of modules. I was afraid to build the new script in case it would not let me use it. Thanks for all your hard work.
  22. When you run F/A-18C profile, have imported device mappings for a keyboard and Thrustmaster Combined and have assigned TM Combined keys 30, 31 and 32 as modifiers, then all should work as intended including Idle/Stop detent. It will work just like that. If you have some undesirable behavior, then check if you have TM Joystick and Throttles visible under Controls (sometimes mine doesn't get switched off while running the script). If so, then clear all the mappings assigned to them, and you should be fine. Another thing to check is that sometimes rudders can have something undesirable assigned to them so check that out also.
