Taking things a little too literally… I didn’t see any exclamation marks in his post. It makes it worse when you post things like “So the reality of the situation is:” “THAT is a far cry from…” basically stirring the pot. Just leave it alone.

It’s much harder to wait for something that might never happen! In this case 2.0 should be right around the corner.

This is technology 15 years ago… Look at it now… Turf effects/larger ground clutter (bushes and rocks) etc… It’s only a matter of time for almost everything else… as long as you continue to support DCS.

I think it’s purely the excitement and anticipation of what is to come that makes everything else feel a bit stagnant. Be patient, before you know it we will all be Immersed in the next chapter of DCS.

We may be getting a few nice holiday gifts from ED. DSC 2.0 EDGE Strait of Hormuz map (Combat Map) Nevada training map (Training Map) Remember it was said that the Strait of Hormuz was the first combat map. Nevada is a training map, so it’s possible we still get it this year and possibly before the Strait of Hormuz map.
