  1. I don’t know if this question had been answered before. However, if a player is shot down and he or she bails and lands safely, could another player rescue them? Let’s say F-18 pilot ejects, UH-1 pilot could come and rescue them. I just thought it could add a level of realism, especially since the Huey is multi-crew now.
  2. I’ll give it a try, thanks for the info. I’ll was going through the manual with no luck.
  3. The A-10 II is a joy to fly and I always find myself coming back to it. I agree with above that an improved throttle and stick makes a big difference. The hog is a complex beast with a steep learning but it’s fun all the way. You can also setup custom missions just for practice on static targets until you get good enough. That’s what I do, just change to different weapons types to get use to the systems.
  4. Yeah, I noticed the same. Looks just the same training missions from the old A-10 just canned up to the new one. The maverick mission just doesn’t work because you can’t switch screens on the new module. It can be frustrating. Iron Sights
  5. I agree with everything said here. I myself have pondered the F5 or P47. One thing I can say about the older modules, you do get spoiled by the look as well. I bought the UH1 recently and I liked the change it’s just not a high fidelity module and looks dated on the interior. If you haven’t tried the Viggen, I would recommend. Happy Holidays! Iron Sights
  6. I just just remember that we were told to never shoot at it with anything less than a missile.
  7. I loved that weapon in EF2000.
  8. Hello Everyone, I'm a long time fight sim enthusiast. Played Lock On years ago. Lots of Jane's flight sims and IL-2. I had been browsing around and found DCS and loved it. I have been playing since March, getting my skills back up. Glad to be back. :) Iron Sights
