I use voice commands to control jester. What command do I use to open the Jester menu? "Goose" So you really can name him anything you want. I was considering using "Willie" for the F-4E but now I'm thinking "Chuck" might be more appropriate for a USAF Phantom

I've been testing her as well in a TOP GUN type setting. (A-4's and F-5's all set to ace and armed with P5's) Start out with %61 internal fuel, remove the LANTIRN pods and centerline pylon. Take 2 wing tanks. Drop the tanks at the merge. Seems to perform pretty well in that configuration. Still cant quite hang with a C model but getting closer. Havn't tested against a real 4Gen fighter, but having no problem staying on the tail of the F-5's. Now if we could get the maintenance guys to remove those CFT's........

After looking at the product page again, I'm not seeing anything about any special requirements regarding the CPU. My machine runs every other module just fine so what reason would I have to believe it wouldnt run this one. Feeling like I got ripped off right now.

no log is being generated AFAIK. Progress bar on Mission loading screen gets about 3/4 done and then straight to Desktop

I have the exact same issue. Tried the Mods.bak trick but still no joy

That did fix the issue with the Caucasus Map

The Caucasus map was uninstalled by the updater and when I try to reinstall in module manager it fails. The Falklands map was also corrupted and giving deauthorization message. Now everytime I boot up the program, the updater starts up and tries to complete the update but fails on the Falklands Map saying a file is corrupted. It still runs but no Caucasus or Falklands map Please help

Im Having the same problem with the Caucasus Map after the update only I cannot add it with Module manager. Falklands map is also corrupted and Deauthorized

Im not sure how but I have turned off all the runway and taxiway markings. Runway centerline and numbers are all gone. Taxiway centerline and parking spots too. After much tinkering around in settings, I still havnt been able to turn them back on. A look in the manual didnt help either. So Im just wondering what setting controls these so I can turn them back on. TIA

I've been using voice commands to control my views. Its likely not as good as actual head tracking but I've found that is does work pretty well once I got all the views dialed in.

Same here. I cant tell a difference whether instrument lights are on or off. I'll have to try it out at night to see what that looks like

I tried it yesterday. The A-4 can land but it wont hook up to the catapult.

She certainly is. I was flying a sweep over Normandy and got into a scrap with a flight of Antons. Took a full broadside in the tail from one I didnt know was there. I was at the top of a loop and slow. She shuddered and went into a spin. I was sure wing had come off and was about to bail when she recovered from the spin and started flying again. But she was in miserable shape, the shudder continued (nice effect bty) and was almost uncontrollable. He was still back there and shooting at me and scoring more hits all this time but I think he ran out of ammo while I was trying to get my jug reigned in. I was thinking of the old Robert Johnson story about this time. I ran for home and she shook and shuddered the whole time but engine never sputtered once. Even with the control issues (lost the ASI on base leg too) I managed a 3 pointer and pulled off the runway and shut her down in the grass. It really is amazing just how much damage that thing can take and still get home. Yes sir, she is a Jug alright
