OT: Greek, Turkish fighter jets crash
Pilgrim replied to Kenan's topic in Lock On: Flaming Cliffs 1 & 2
I read in swedish media that they recovered the greek pilots body. I guess next time the greeks will fire for effect. -
All those taxmoney developing that JAS39 and no one wants them. How swedish. :)

That was a great movie. Congratulations to that experience. If I'm lucky I'll get to fly a JAS simulator tomorrow. The army has an exhibition in my town tomorrow. It doesn't come anywhere near what you did but it's the best I can get

I think my Waterchill KT12A-L30 will outrun that arctic thingy hands tied behind its back :) My mistake was that I didn't buy ramsinks. It ran fine without until I forced it to play Oblivion. I think I must have toasted the memory since I keep getting artifacts since -

Thanks for the offer but I might aswell go all in on this one since I think it will be even harder for me to upgrade from a 6600 to a 6800 in the future. Also looking at tomshardware benchmarks there is a significant performance difference between those two. -

It would if I could find one that's not PCI-e. I have been checking ebay out the last week but people pay stupid prices for used stuff. All the auctions for the 6800gt are up arround 200 euro and that's for a used card. I found an private add for a brand new one for about 220 euro. Now that I'm willing to pay. The problem is that I can't get a hold of the guy who posted it. :P If I don't I'll give you a shoud ggg87 -
If anyone has one for sale I'd love to buy it from you. But it has to be AGP since I have an old mobo. My 9800 pro went arti on me. Perhaps I shouldn't have saved on those ramsinks.

New 'Tutorial' Video: Su-25T FC Campaign Mission 001
Pilgrim replied to Ironhand's topic in Lock On: Flaming Cliffs 1 & 2
You should try to divx it ironhand. I can get approx 90 min into 700Mb with excellent details -
I'm using logicrap keyboard too. Let me know if your little experiment works out.

Yup. There is some sort of conflict there. I don't have this problem with any other key combos. I even tried doing it as a macro without luck. I'll guess I'll have to redefine it in lomac to get it working. Thanks for the help guys.

Hi all I'm having serious problems mapping rightWin + I to my X45. I have tried both the normal programming and the advanced but somehow I can't get it to work. If anyone is using the Profile Editor and has managed to map rightWin + I (radar search mode for russian planes) please let me know how you did it.

maybe some problems for starforce-like protections
Pilgrim replied to Starlight's topic in Lock On: Flaming Cliffs 1 & 2
And exactly how hard it is to close the incoming port if it's being overloaded with traffic? Or even closing down an IP range? This is stuff you can do with most firewalls. I would think that most developed countries have taken precautions against large scale attacks. So stop reading Koontz, Dan Brown or whatever is making you go paranoid and just enjoy life. -
X45 and radar range for su and mig
Pilgrim replied to Pilgrim's topic in Lock On: Flaming Cliffs 1 & 2
Ok. Sorted. Had to program in a repetitive ctrl +/- pattern on the rotary. -
Hi all I tried mapping Ctrl-+ and Ctrl-- (range to target for RF fighters (range-elevation BVR search)) to one of my rotarys without any luck. Even when I use bands I'm not able to get satisfying results. Is there any way to map the radar range to the rotary? I don't even have to have it as an axis. I'd settle for incremental. Anyone? / Pilgrim

Don't they have that yet....???

Discuss. I have lots of updates and some of them are getting old now. Do we have some kind of list with "need to have" addons available? Perhaps we should have a sticky thread about this. Pilgrim

Solved. It was the virtual drives issue. Thnx
