Wasn't the swedish JAS one of the competitors as well? I could swear I have read something about it in the news here in sweden.

So if you are getting a new mobo I'd say go for PCI-express

The best way to use the x45 is to only map y,x-axis, thorttle and rudder. Eventually zoom if it works now. The rest you use saitek profiler for and map keyboard keys to it. I found that mapping in lo-mac setup menu is somewhat flawed. That's why I only have the axis' mapped there and the rest in the profiler. No conflicts :)

How about creating a dynamic campaign and dedicated server first? We really don't need more flyables. But if you incist I would like to see some swedish fighters. No game has had them before

2. Can be done if you use the saitek profiler. I have both trim up, down, left and reight mapped to my rotarys. Use 3 bands when you profile them. 1 that goes from 1-45% a dead zone 45-55% and the last band 55-100%

The first thing I had to map was Left and Right Trim. As soon as you drop some bomb or missile the plane responds and starts pulling in the oposite direction. Mucho cool The other thing was the AFM. Suddenly the landings became a bit harder. It took me 3 passes to get it right. Did mess though by accidently raising the gear when taxiing. No good idea. If I recall correctly that was not possible in 1.02. Also the new laser timer is something to think about. Now you can't lase a target for miles away. I did and the laser turned off when my missile was halfway. :/ Another good thing is that lo-mac now takes alot less memory. Also I found that when flying through smoke doesn't kill the fps like it used to. Still a small stutter bot no slideshow. Can't wait to get my hands on the real deal :) Over and out.

I'm also getting the joystick bug. It's fine for a while but then it starts to lag.

Absolutely fabtastic. I think all the people that complained over the last one have something to keep them occupied. I mean it's huge. I think I need to sneak over at work in the weekend to print it. It's the only way to get away with a 30 min print session ;)

Hehe. That policy seems to be different for each company. My g/f, new at the job, thought she'd be nice and write down every thing she purchased on the company card. The reply she got is that she was too thorough?!? Next time just write office material they said. LOL I could never be trusted with a card like that, LOMAC would run flawlessly if you know what I mean I wish my job was like that :(

Hi ppl Yes. In order to whip your buts even more in aircombat I have now decided to extend the experience to a TrackIR. But since I am a poor bast....d (no not cheap, poor ;)) I would like to ask you if anyone has or knows of any way to get discount on a TrackIR3 Pro? I could even settle for an used one. Also. Now there is something to implement in 1.2. When I shoot down planes in the game they all go down straight. In the movie you could see the drones spiral to the ground. That and some disintergrating hull would be awesome. What do you think?

Isn't that modeled in F4? I'd sure love that in lomac. Where is it anyways? They've done it again. Just like for the 1.02. They have me logging on to check for any news. Damn you lock-on ;)

The only reason I would wait for a mailed cd is if it came with a printed manual. Which it won't. So my choice is d/l. I'd rather use VISA payment but hey I want the game so bad that i'd pay with Paypal as well.
