I did mission 3 yesterday. No problem with BIFF. But I did have a right engine failure just before waypoint 4, and that was kinda problematic as I flew way past waypoint 4 to try to relight the damn thing. No success there, so limped back to waypoint 4 and thank god I wasn't the only one with a problem so we could land earlier than planned.
Anyone played this lately?
Tried it twice today, and Biff keeps ramming me from behind when I'm on the runway. Should I not stop on the runway (to wait for his instructions) and just go for the takeoff?
And fast forward one year, and it's still the same
I guess we're coming in after a long flight (mission one that is), but the plane is stuffed with fuel, why? At least the drop tanks should be empty by now?
Yeah, still a problem today. The Hornets are not doing their job as far as I can tell (but I'm a n00b).
Problem with the radio as well. I had to manually set the correct frequency for the strike package.
Can confirm what the most of the OP said here. Havent seen those flying streetlights, and havent tried quiting at the start. But the message at the start came here as well, and they illuminated some nearby city. I managed to find the bridge by going by the waypoint, but it sure was dark there.
I also have the A4 and played it three days ago.
Latest open beta MT.
Edit: @Silhou: Tell the team I love the campaign! How about making another one for the Viggen? Especially now with the new Kola map coming.
Looking good
I think I'll give the standard a try when it hits the european store.
But about the detent. Is it mechanical or electronic? "Detent frame", what is that excactly?
It's been a while since I flew this one, but I believe it was the wingman that was messing up everything. Try to tell him to RTB and do it by yourself and see if that makes it possible.
I'm running a similar rig, but got a 5800x, and a quest2. It runs pretty good, with minimal stutter. Not max settings, but decent enough.
Havent tried it after the latest patch with MT, but would expect it to be even better.
