Ahhhh crap! Again that comes down to me looking for similarity!!! Could of sworn there was tabs though! Must have had a senior moment!!! Just seems odd though that you have to 'trawl' for missions within the main program. How are you getting on now Marcos - from one of your last posts I guess you are now starting to enjoy rotary wing...?

Anyone had this issue before? I fire up DCSW 1.20, with A10c, BS2 and SU25 modules installed, and if I select Missions from the right hand side all I see is the Mission Description box and the pane on the right hand side showing the selected drive and any available missions. I am fairly certain there used to be a set of tabs so you could select the aircraft you wished to fly? Additionally the background picture has all but disappeared, and there seems to be some code running down the page in quite a faint font. Any ideas on a fix - without re-installing. Sure it will be something to do with a lua file - but which one???:helpsmilie:

BigfootMSR - no problems. Unfortunately I am one of those people that will spend ages trying to get things to work in the standalone, despite them being available and working fine in DCSW...!!! Guess that comes from my old experiences with PC games where ages were spent getting games/sims up and running satisfactorily! One thing that I think is missing though, and again apologies for expecting too much, is a set of briefing notes in a similar vein to How to take off and blow up stuff. I found it extremely handy to pause, read, unpause and operate the various systems. I have found that on a few occasions I have missed the voiceover instructions as the mission progresses onwards, or would like to be able to repeat an exercise during the same mission, but have nothing to refer to. Marcos, glad you're starting to get to grips with things. What version are you flying? I found BS2 far superior than 1.02, and the graphic improvements, along with a better FPS (on my system anyway) also aid in not 'chasing the stick'.

Between your tutorials (and PeterPs integration) and 'How to take off and blow up stuff' (http://simhq.com/forum/ubbthreads.php/topics/2626185/) my 'wazzing and zooming':pilotfly: is coming on in leaps and bounds - more bounds than leaps though when I hit the hard stuff!!! Quick question #1: Do your tutorials work in standalone BS2, as intimated by PeterPs install folder text file? I have tried, but cannot get any text/instructions and voiceovers to work? Quick question #2: MSR = Mars Sample Return???

Hi Guys, Just re-installed Black Shark after a computer rebuild. Having followed the patches as they were released, I am now back to square one.:doh: Question, can I patch up to 1.02 from 1.00 or do I need to install the incremental patches as well?
