I don't use modes, and I've set up the pinkie as a modifier in the sim. But as soon as I create a profile (just to have speedbrakes on throttle.. ehh spinning thingie) Pinkie turn's out as a shift button. Any way to disable this? = I don't what the pinkie as a shift button in profile, and I don't want to redo the entire setup, just since it turned into a shift button

TMS back long = SPI to Steerpoint, so make sure you don't have auto switching SP's on, then it will jump to next SP. (If so happens TMS back short (to get SOI to hud) and DMS aft short to jump back to SP that you passed) EDIT-> Sorry for changing my terminology from WP to SP

TMS back long, to get it back to WP, china hat forward long to slave all to WP.. Or just go back to TGP and zoom out, slew around and find next target?

It was with a tear to my eye I said goodbye to my old XP 32 pro, that had served me so damn well so many years.. But after installing WIN 7 64 ultimate, I haven't looked back! You can set it up as you like it.. and it's not vista!! that was an operating system I skipped totally!

Now we're talking! Sadly the Viggen and Draken is too old, and the Gripen too new.

It depends on how the buttons/hats are placed, if it's down or aft etc etc. Look at the short manuals last page, it shows how they are placed.

It's named 'HOTAS left throttle button' (easier to find that way)

I use the arrow keys to trim, when speed changes, trim, when weapon released, trim, etc etc. Just tap the trim keys for minor corrections

I managed to get my left wheel stuck today, at takeoff, right after having a nosewheel stuck takeoff. I tried to compensate with a little stick back, but where punished with a hanging left wheel. Do the odds of stuck wheels get higher if you are close too 100% loadout weight?

Silky smooth framerates too.. not, I had a steady 7 frames when landing at nellis :P

How sensitive is this new version of SF on RAM adding? I'm thinking of getting another 4 gig in the end of the month.. But such a slight change will not require new activation for any of the products I hope?

If it's a stationary target, just put a waypoint exactly over it, at ground level (when zoomed in on editor map), then When flying choose that waypoint and set SPI to SP.. and you would be the closest to what you want to accomplish as far as I know? Edit-> Added 'at ground level' .. else you sit and curse the sim quite a while before you realize the SP is at 2k alt

I will NEVER post a question in the 'normal' a-10c forum again.. since they all get sent to the Open Beta forum, Where there are supposed to be only hardware problems posted. And I get hung out like an idiot, that can't read a manual, or know exactly what page 90xxx says! I'll just stay silent, and hope for the next beta!

I searched for startup tutorial, startup tutorial bug, startup stops, startup bug... and found shit.. and as I already mentioned I have it mapped to keyboard, it just refuses to continue. Guess I'll wait for next beta before I try the startup again

When it comes to the button under the right throttle (EAC?), it clicks, but don't move. I also have the key mapped to my keyboard.. same thing there, clicks but don't move. Any workarounds?
