Here's how to resolve this entire situation very quickly, refund the money of everyone who purchased this product weather they want a refund or not, disable the product use completely in DCS. I'll bet the parties will resolve this issue in no time at all. As long as someone is making money off of this issue they are going to drag it out as long as they can. Neither side are concern enough about who owns or what parts of their are being violated, it's all about how much they can mike the situation for. Just my opinion only. This should end the back and forth with the clients and allow the two main parties to continue with their legal issue with out the added pressure form the users.
